Vehicle Preservation Membership
Ongoing stewardship for vehicles that are meant to last. This program is designed to maintain the condition established during the Signature Full Reset and ensure the vehicle never drifts from that baseline.
A Long-Term Vehicle Care System
Vehicles that remain in exceptional condition over time are rarely the result of occasional detailing. They are the result of structured maintenance, consistent care, and professional oversight.
The Vehicle Preservation Membership is designed for owners who want their vehicle maintained to a high standard year-round. Rather than allowing condition to decline between major services, this program preserves the baseline established during the Signature Full Reset and keeps the vehicle stable through a controlled maintenance schedule.
This is not a car wash subscription. It is a long-term preservation program built around condition stability, proper maintenance intervals, and professional stewardship.
How the Preservation System Works
Maintaining a vehicle properly requires more than occasional cleaning. The preservation system is built around three structured stages that keep the vehicle stable throughout the year.
Step 1 — Establish Preferred Baseline
Vehicles entering the Preservation Membership must first establish a baseline condition through either the Full Essentials or Signature Full Reset service. If the vehicle has existing stains, contamination, scratches, or other condition concerns the client would like addressed, those items should be corrected prior to membership enrollment or scheduled separately. The Preservation Membership is designed to maintain the vehicle’s established condition, not restore pre-existing damage.
Step 2 — Preservation Maintenance
Following the reset, the vehicle enters the ongoing maintenance cycle. These visits are designed to preserve the established condition, prevent deterioration, and control contamination buildup before surfaces begin to decline.
Step 3 — Annual Preservation Reset
Once each year, membership vehicles receive a deeper recalibration service through the Annual Preservation Reset. This ensures the vehicle continues to begin each year at the proper preservation baseline.
Maintenance Visit Structure
Membership vehicles are serviced approximately every 6–8 weeks. This service window helps control environmental buildup, road film, interior accumulation, and everyday wear before the vehicle begins to drift from its baseline condition.
Clients may choose their preferred maintenance timing within that 6–8 week window based on driving habits, vehicle usage, and storage conditions.
These visits are designed to maintain condition — not restore vehicles that have been neglected for extended periods.
Exterior Maintenance Includes
- Safe hand wash using controlled wash methods
- Wheel and tire cleaning
- Contamination management
- Protection reinforcement where needed
Interior Maintenance Includes
- Interior vacuuming
- Surface wipe-down and dust removal
- Interior glass cleaning
- Light interior reset
Priority Service Between Maintenance Visits
Occasionally something unexpected happens between scheduled preservation visits — a spill, a stain, or an issue that needs attention sooner than the next service window.
Membership clients have access to priority service appointments designed specifically for these situations. These visits allow us to address isolated issues without disrupting the structured maintenance schedule that keeps the vehicle in optimal condition.
Priority service appointments are intended for targeted concerns such as interior spills, spot cleaning, or unexpected contamination that benefits from prompt attention.
Priority service visits are available for a flat fee of $150.
These visits are designed for isolated concerns and are not intended to replace scheduled preservation services.
Preservation Coverage
The Vehicle Preservation Membership is designed to maintain and protect the condition of the vehicle throughout the year. Routine maintenance visits are intended to manage the small issues that naturally occur during everyday use.
Light interior stains, minor spills, surface buildup, and everyday contamination are typically addressed during scheduled preservation visits as part of the program. The goal of the membership is to prevent small issues from becoming larger restoration projects.
Occasionally a vehicle may experience a larger issue — such as significant staining, excessive contamination, or a condition that requires more extensive corrective work. In those situations, additional services may be recommended to properly restore the affected area.
This approach ensures the vehicle remains consistently well maintained while allowing larger issues to be addressed with the proper level of attention when necessary.
Membership Investment
Membership vehicles receive five structured preservation visits per year, along with one annual stewardship service based on the vehicle’s established baseline.
Annual Preservation Service
Each membership vehicle receives a yearly stewardship service that restores the vehicle to its established baseline condition. Vehicles enrolled through Full Essentials receive an Annual Essentials Stewardship. Vehicles enrolled through Signature Full Reset receive an Annual Preservation Reset at preferred member pricing.
This annual recalibration ensures the vehicle begins each year at the proper baseline condition, rather than gradually drifting from the standard established at the beginning of the program.
Recommended Enhancements
During the annual reset, the vehicle is evaluated for protective enhancements that may improve durability, simplify maintenance, or better support long-term preservation.
These are presented as professional recommendations based on the vehicle’s condition, materials, and usage — not as casual add-ons.
- Leather coating
- Carpet and fabric protection
- Windshield coating
- Wheel protection
- Trim protection
Membership Guidelines
To protect service quality and ensure the program remains effective, a few simple guidelines apply.
- Vehicles must begin with a Signature Full Reset or Full Essentials
- Maintenance visits occur approximately every 6–8 weeks
- Appointments extending beyond 9 weeks may require additional service time
If a vehicle exceeds the recommended maintenance interval, an extended interval adjustment may apply.
Extended interval adjustment: $100–$200 depending on vehicle condition.
These guidelines ensure maintenance visits remain efficient and that the vehicle continues to meet preservation standards.
Program Availability
Vehicle Preservation Membership is intentionally limited. The program is designed for a small number of vehicles receiving ongoing professional care, allowing each one to receive consistent attention and proper scheduling.
This approach ensures service quality remains high and that every enrolled vehicle receives the level of stewardship the program is designed to provide.
Begin With a Vehicle Evaluation
The Vehicle Preservation Membership begins with a Signature Full Reset or vehicle evaluation to establish the proper baseline condition.
