Mobile Detailing in Westchester & Lower Connecticut — Detail, Protect, Preserve

A systematic approach to interior and exterior care designed to maintain your vehicle’s condition over time.

Every vehicle needs more than just a basic wash. Detailing brings back and improves surfaces that show signs of daily use. Protection adds strong layers to guard against wear, exposure, and buildup from the environment. Preservation keeps your car in good shape over time with regular, careful care, not just a one-time fix.

Shawn Tedrow has over 18 years of hands-on experience and provides mobile detailing throughout Westchester County and Lower Connecticut, including New Rochelle. He brings expert car care straight to your home or office. Each service is done with care, using safe techniques that clean, protect, and maintain every surface without causing extra wear or cutting corners.

Interior and Exterior Detailing, Done Properly

We provide professional mobile detailing services designed to restore, protect, and maintain every surface of your vehicle. Whether your vehicle needs light upkeep or a full reset, each service is performed with a structured, preservation-focused approach.

Interior Detailing — deep cleaning and refinement of leather, fabrics, trim, and hard-to-reach areas.

Exterior Detailing — careful hand washing and paint-safe cleaning to restore gloss and clarity.

Correction & Reset Services — more involved services designed to address buildup, wear, and neglected areas to re-establish proper condition.

Protection & Maintenance — ongoing care and protective treatments designed to preserve your vehicle’s condition over time.

Most vehicles don’t require the same level of care — that’s where the difference comes in.

Some are already well maintained and just need consistent upkeep to stay that way. Others may look clean on the surface but still fall below a proper baseline before maintenance can really do its job. Understanding that difference is what allows the service to actually make sense for the condition of the vehicle.

A light maintenance service isn’t going to fix deeper issues, just like a full reset isn’t necessary for a vehicle that’s already in good shape. The goal is to match the level of service to where your vehicle actually is — not overdo it, and not underdo it.

Every service follows the same approach: understand the condition first, then apply the right level of care to restore, protect, and maintain it properly moving forward.

What’s Actually Being Maintained

Every vehicle is made up of different materials, and each one responds differently to use, weather, buildup, and time. Detailing is not just about how a vehicle looks — it’s about understanding what’s being cared for and what it takes to keep it in good condition.

Interior

On the interior, you’re dealing with more than just “cleanliness.” Seats, carpets, floor mats, leather, fabrics, trim, dashboards, door panels, steering wheels, center consoles, cupholders, vents, buttons, screens, and touchpoints all wear differently over time.

Some materials hold onto dirt and oils. Others show wear through fading, staining, dryness, or buildup in seams and textured surfaces. Even a vehicle that looks fairly clean at a glance can still have gradual wear happening across the interior from normal daily use.

Interior preservation is about keeping those materials in a condition that feels clean, comfortable, and cared for. Once interior surfaces fall too far, bringing them back takes more time and effort than maintaining them properly along the way.

Exterior

On the exterior, the vehicle is constantly exposed to the elements. Paint, clear coat, glass, trim, wheels, tires, emblems, jambs, and exterior plastics all take on wear from sunlight, road grime, salt, brake dust, environmental fallout, and repeated washing.

Some of that wear is obvious, but a lot of it builds slowly. Paint can collect bonded contamination that a normal wash will not remove. Wheels and tires can hold onto grime and brake dust that become harder to clean over time. Trim can fade, and the overall finish can start to feel dull or rough even if it still looks clean from a distance.

Exterior preservation is about keeping those surfaces clean, smooth, protected, and easier to maintain over time. It helps prevent the vehicle from gradually losing condition and reduces how much corrective work is needed later.
